Redglu is a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business founded by International Search Partners. For over a decade, International Search Partners has served aerospace, defense, entertainment and manufacturing as a cross-industry executive search firm. David Musgrove has specialized in interactive entertainment for over fifteen years. Both co-founders are veterans. David served in a U.S. Air Force Tactical Air Command, Air Rescue Squadron. James McNeal is a Captain in the Navy Reserve and is assigned as the Assistant Chief of Staff for Reserve Operations at the Defense Logistics Agency. He is currently forward deployed to Kuwait.

Three seminal research reports influence our direction. Two of the reports focus on convergence and the federal world: “When Worlds Collide,” by the Institute for Defense Analyses and “Massively Multiplayer Online Games Report” by Department of Defense, Advanced Distributed Co-Laboratory. “Metaverse Roadmap” explores future scenarios of virtual worlds.
